Every sitting wall traps water inside it. It's a slow problem which is exactly why it's dangerous.
A sitting wall dams up whatever collects inside it sediment, staining, a saturated base that eventually shifts in freeze-thaw climates. It doesn't show up on install day; it shows up in year two, after the client's forgotten who built it. The usual workarounds gapped blocks, weep holes, masonry rope clog or fail. The Quickie Wall Drain mounts flush on the interior face and exits through a scupper on the exterior, routing water away from the base entirely. Standard round-spike edge restraints were built for dense-grade installs. In open-graded permeable aggregate, they don't always hold, an install can look right on day one and start shifting within a season, right at the edge where clients notice first. Common Questions from Hardscape Contractors
"I don't want to replace my crew."

"My clients haven't complained about wall staining."
