Lincoln J. Paiva, P.Eng., MBA is the Technical Director for Techo-Bloc, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of concrete products for outdoor landscaping. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of concrete pavers and retaining blocks. Throughout his career, he has served on several technical committees with the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, the National Concrete Masonry Association, and the CSA A231.1:19/A231.2:19 standards for Precast concrete paving slabs/Precast concrete pavers and ASCE 68-18 Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavement. Most recently, he was appointed Chair of the Technical Committee for Concrete Pavers with the Concrete Masonry and Hardscapes Association.
